CCM Health is excited to be moving forward with the development of the CCM Wellness Center<\/a>. The CCM Wellness Center will be a partner in helping people learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CCM\nWellness Center will have areas for cardio and strength training exercises, a\nlarge walking track, a fitness studio for classes, the ability to train in a\ngroup setting, a racquetball court, a half-court basketball\/pickleball area, a\ndemonstration kitchen to help people learn about preparing and cooking healthy meals,\nan area where children can play while supervised by their parents, a sauna, and\neducational space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There has\nbeen a lot of work accomplished on the project and a lot more to come! As we\nlook at what has been done since the beginning of this year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
