CCM Health Welcomes Stephanie Baldwin, APRN, CNP<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CCM Health is excited to welcome Stephanie Baldwin, APRN, CNP<\/a> to our team of growing providers<\/a>!\u00a0 Stephanie attended the University of Minnesota and the University of North Dakota and is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners<\/a>. Stephanie has previously worked at CCM Health as an EMT, in the Cardiac Rehabilitation<\/a> department, and the hospital as an RN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephanie is originally from Minnetonka, MN and currently\nresides in Dawson, MN with her husband Jordan who works in law enforcement and\ntheir 3 children: Jackson (13), Ana (7), and Olivia (4).  In her spare time Stephanie enjoys spending\ntime with her family and friends, seasonal activities, and going to their family\ncabin in Deerwood, MN.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephanie\u2019s focus during her education was in rural medicine and emphasis in Family Practice<\/a>.\u00a0 \u201cI found CCM Health to be the perfect fit for establishing my practice and being able to balance my family life.\u00a0 I have spent the last 5 years working here as an RN and have learned an abundance from the providers I trained with.\u00a0 Within my scope of practice, I am most passionate about being able to take care of patients across their lifespan, improving patient outcomes through preventative care, and providing the highest quality of care.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
