Dr. Baker is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical  School and completed her OBGYN residency at UCSD Medical Center San Diego. She is Board Certified by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abog.org\/\">American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology<\/a> and is a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acog.org\/\">American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After almost 30 years of professional practice, Dr. Baker ends a short six-week retirement and joins CCM Health to help serve the Montevideo community. Dr. Baker\u2019s passion for health care started when she became an EMT in only 9th grade to help serve with her father\u2019s ambulance company. She has a purpose and commitment to providing quality Gynecology care to small communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an Obstetrics and Gynecology provider at CCM Health, Dr. Baker will primarily focus on gynecologic consultations. Her consultations help in addressing issues like pelvic pain, endometriosis, infertility, recurrent miscarriages, abnormal bleeding, heavy periods, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, pelvic prolapse, as well as other women\u2019s health conditions. She will also be providing procedures including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, LEEP cone biopsy, D&amp;Cs, and hysterectomy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Baker is originally from Detroit Lakes and is the oldest of eight girls. She has been married for 32 years and has three children all of whom currently attend the University of Minnesota.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Baker begins seeing patients for appointments at CCM Health in <a href=\"https:\/\/ccmhealthmn.com\/location\/montevideo-hospital-clinic\/\">Montevideo<\/a>, Minnesota starting in January 2022.
