CCM Health is pleased to welcome Cassie Sonstegard MA, LPCC<\/a> to their Behavioral Health<\/a> team! Cassie attended Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin and received her Master of Arts degree in counseling and psychological services from Saint Mary\u2019s University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.\u00a0 Cassie is licensed by the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy<\/a> as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.\u00a0 Cassie specializes in Behavioral Health services and will be starting at CCM Health in this November.<\/p>\n

Ever since Cassie could remember she has always been interested in mental health.\u00a0 \u201cIt\u2019s fascinating how the brain works and how people develop and grow throughout their lifespan.\u00a0 I love to help people make positive changes in their lives and recognize their full potential.\u201d\u00a0 Cassie is most passionate about connecting with people of all ages and to help them through their unique journeys.\u00a0 Seeing people realize their full potential and ability to change is very rewarding for her.<\/p>\n

Cassie was born and raised in Montevideo, Minnesota.\u00a0 She was happy to be able to move back and raise her children in the community she grew up in.\u00a0 She has three children ages 13, 9, and 6.\u00a0 Her husband raises Red Angus cattle, and they share two energetic labradoodles.\u00a0 Cassie loves to spend time with family, golf, do puzzles, collect house plants, and play games of any kind.<\/p>\n
