CCM Health is pleased to welcome Jenna Erickson, APRN, CNM, IBCLC<\/a> to their provider<\/a> team! Jenna attended the University of Nebraska \u2013 Lincoln for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the University of Cincinnati for her Master of Science in Nursing and Midwifery.\u00a0 Jenna is board certified through the Minnesota Board of Nursing<\/a>, American Midwifery Certification Board<\/a>, and the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners<\/a>. She is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, International Lactation Consultants Association, and the United States Lactation Consultants Association.\u00a0 With a wealth of experience and passion for women\u2019s health, Jenna will be joining CCM Health to provide comprehensive midwifery care to the region. Jenna will begin seeing patients in October 2023.<\/p>\n

Having the experience of completing some of her clinical training at CCM Health, Jenna is no stranger to the organization\u2019s exceptional patient-centered environment.\u00a0 \u201cThe people and the atmosphere are the best I have ever experienced,\u201d Jenna stated.\u00a0 \u201cEveryone is committed to making a good experience for patients and I feel supported in my role as a provider here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jenna\u2019s passion is evident in her role as a midwife, where she accompanies women on their transformative journeys through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum stages.\u00a0 \u201cThese are very transitional times during a person\u2019s life that have long-lasting impacts on their lives and the lives of their families,\u201d Jenna explained.\u00a0 \u201cHelping them experience these events feeling supported and in control is very important to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jenna resides in the Balaton area with her husband, Joel and their two sons, Cohen (8) and Alec (5), and their miniature Australian shepherd, Kirby.\u00a0 The Erickson family is involved in farming, raising crops, cattle, and chickens.\u00a0 In her spare time, Jenna enjoys reading, spending time outside with her family, gardening, going on walks, and DIY projects with her husband.<\/p>\n
