CCM Health is excited to announce its collaboration with Montevideo Public Schools<\/a>, sponsoring an athletic trainer to provide extended coverage for Montevideo High School sports activities in 2024. This partnership aims to ensure the well-being of student athletes by offering comprehensive care during various high school sporting events held in Montevideo.<\/p>\n

Starting in early 2024, CCM Health’s sponsored athletic trainer will be present at home games for football, volleyball, wrestling, boys\u2019 and girls\u2019 basketball, dance, and track meets. This initiative underscores CCM Health’s commitment to promoting health and wellness within the community.<\/p>\n

Wade McKittrick, Superintendent for Montevideo Public Schools, expressed his enthusiasm for the extended coverage: “The enhanced physical trainer coverage in 2024 from CCM Health and Big Stone Therapies<\/a> is a welcomed benefit. We care about our student athletes and offering them and their parents this level of support is a testament to CCM Health.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, the CCM Health-sponsored athletic trainer will be easily accessible to students, dedicating two hours a week in the Montevideo High School training room. This additional resource aims to provide students with expert guidance and support for their physical well-being.<\/p>\n

“We have been working hard with CCM Health and Big Stone Therapies to bring consistent, professional athletic training staff to ensure our athletes are in great hands when it comes to athletic injuries,\u201d shared Jesse Nelson, Montevideo Public School Activities Director. \u201cWe are very thankful for CCM Health and Big Stone Therapies for providing this valuable service to our high school and athletic programs!”<\/p>\n

The sponsorship will significantly impact Montevideo Public Schools’ ability to cover more than 50 high school sporting events, including home games, section games, and school tournaments.
