This initiative, part of MDH\u2019s comprehensive efforts to reduce drug overdose deaths, will be supported by CCM Health receiving a total of $800,000 over a four-year period.<\/p>\n<p>The TOWN model focuses on increasing access to medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and enhancing community coordination and overdose prevention efforts. With this funding, CCM Health will collaborate with community leaders and its <a href=\"https:\/\/ccmhealthmn.com\/locations\/\">clinics<\/a> to ensure that individuals struggling with opioid, and methamphetamine use disorders receive the necessary support and treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Minnesota has experienced an alarming rise in drug overdose deaths. In 2021, an average of almost four Minnesotans died each day from drug overdose.
