Studer shared his insights with over 35 CCM Health directors, managers, and supervisors, focusing on effective leadership and achieving excellence in healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>Studer, coauthor of the new book <em>The Human Margin: Building the Foundations of Trust<\/em> (with Katherine A. Meese, PhD), used his presentation to highlight how building trust within organizations is key to long-term success.
