This prestigious national award recognizes healthcare organizations throughout the United States that excel in creating positive work environments, focusing on employee satisfaction, retention, and professional development.<\/p>\n

In addition to the top 10 ranking, CCM Health received the #1 spot in Modern Healthcare<\/em>\u2019s Community Award category. This special national recognition highlights healthcare organizations that extend their mission beyond patient care and engage in meaningful community initiatives. CCM Health was honored for its commitment to community involvement through its Community Garden and Community Investment Program<\/a>. These initiatives have made a lasting impact on the communities served in Southwest Minnesota by providing fresh produce to local families and funding critical community projects.<\/p>\n
