This initiative, made possible through a grant from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.primewest.org\/grant-opportunities\">PrimeWest Health&#8217;s Community Reinvestment Program<\/a>, reflects our dedication to the overall well-being of our patients, addressing not only their medical needs but also the social determinants of health that impact their lives.<\/p>\n<p>The pantry offers tailored food bags curated by one of our Registered Dieticians, Taylor Peters, for optimal nutrition. Along with food, recipients receive resource lists for ongoing support. Since opening the Live Well Food Pantry, CCM Health has distributed over 30 nutrition-focused bags to patients who meet the program requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The Live Well Food Pantry is part of CCM Health\u2019s broader efforts to improve access to nutrition services, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nourish<\/strong>: A free monthly nutrition group featuring education on topics like understanding food labels, superfoods, and meal planning.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cooking Classes<\/strong>: Hands-on sessions teaching practical skills for preparing healthy meals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dietician Services<\/strong>: One-on-one clinic-based consultations to support personalized health goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re thrilled to expand our nutrition services and address food insecurity in our community,&#8221; said Lori Andreas, Vice President of Ambulatory Services&#8221; Thanks to PrimeWest Health\u2019s support, we can better serve our patients and improve overall wellness.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About CCM Health:<\/strong><br \/>\nCCM Health is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to offering high-quality medical care and support to the communities of Minnesota.
