That\u2019s why we\u2019re excited to announce a new partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prcexcellence.com\/\">Professional Research Consultants (PRC)<\/a> as our patient experience survey vendor, starting July 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>You might be wondering\u2014what does that mean for you?<br \/>\nIt means that after your visit to CCM Health, you may receive a short survey asking about your experience. These surveys can come by text message, email, or phone call. While the way you receive the survey might feel familiar, what\u2019s new is how we\u2019re using that feedback.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Did We Choose PRC?<br \/>\n<\/strong>PRC is a nationally respected company that specializes in healthcare surveys.
