CCM Wellness Center is partnering with Minnesota River Valley Cancer Connections to help raise funds for individuals and families in our region who are impacted by cancer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Community Event for Everyone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether you\u2019re looking to stay active, spend time with family, or simply connect with others, Move &amp; Mingle, Montevideo offers something for all ages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Throughout the evening, attendees can enjoy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A community pledge walk (for ages 12 and older)<\/li>\n<li>Games, activities, and interactive fun<\/li>\n<li>A free meal with grilled hot dogs, chips, and water<\/li>\n<li>CCM Wellness Center tours<\/li>\n<li>Prizes and giveaways for both adults and children<\/li>\n<li>A welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Get Your Walk on for a Great Cause<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the heart of the event is the community pledge walk, open to anyone age 12 and older. Participants can collect pledges from family, friends, and neighbors, either per lap walked or as a flat donation, to support Minnesota River Valley Cancer Connections.<\/p>\n<p>To make participation even more flexible, CCM Wellness Center members can begin walking early, completing their pledged laps anytime between Monday, June 8 and the event on Tuesday, June 16.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants will be recognized for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Most funds raised<\/li>\n<li>Most laps completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It\u2019s a meaningful way to stay active while making a direct impact in the lives of local families facing cancer.
